Job summary

Ceva Animal Health is seeking a Senior Director of Protein Sciences & Biopharma Discovery to lead the CBC biotherapeutics discovery program at the Ceva Biopharma Campus in Philadelphia. You will define strategy, guide a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate with global R&D and regulatory partners to advance early programs toward PoC.

The role requires deep expertise in protein engineering, AAV/vector development, and cross‑functional leadership across US and France, with a focus on portfolio

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Protein Science, Immunology, Bioengineering, or closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead CBC biotherapeutics discovery roadmap aligned with R&D strategy.
• Provide scientific oversight across biopharma platforms and preclinical work.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 direct reports and ~12 scientists.
• Collaborate with global R&D and regulatory teams to advance portfolio.
