Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Property Claims team(s).
• Exceptional written and verbal communications; organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and farm claim-related issues and policy coverage contracts; DOI claim regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs coverage, liability, and damage investigation and determination; negotiation strategy and resolution of all claims.
• Provides leadership and technical advice to claims professionals on the team.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, company policies, and best practices.
• Performs supervisory duties: hiring, coaching, training and development of associates.
• Leads development of initiatives and AI implementations to improve claims service and LAE management.
