Job summary

Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC seeks a Director or Senior Director to lead its Project Finance & Infrastructure Ratings team in New York. You will oversee new rating assignments, manage ongoing surveillance, and provide senior analytical leadership across renewable energy, transportation, and PPPs.

The role requires mentoring staff, chairing rating committees, and developing methodologies, with a focus on strategic growth and market engagement in KBRA’s New York office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading complex rating assignments in project finance and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical oversight of cash flows and financial models.
• Ability to chair rating committees and present analyses.
• Experience mentoring analysts and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of complex new rating assignments and oversee surveillance.
• Provide senior analytical oversight of cash flows, models, and risk factors.
• Direct sponsor model review and development of independent analytical cases.
• Lead rating committee presentations and publication of reports.
• Oversee portfolio surveillance and identify emerging credit risks.
• Mentor analysts and support talent development.
• Represent KBRA at conferences and industry events.
