Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Director, Project & Development Services to lead the project management service line, drive business development, financial management, and client relations across multiple sites.
The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in management, strong leadership, and advanced PM skills. MBA or certifications preferred; MS Project and MS Office proficiency are expected.
Senior Director, Project & Development Services
The role will provide leadership to the overall project management service line for a designated team or sector, including business development, business operations, financial management, client relations, and project operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic business objectives for Project & Development Services (PDS) through leadership and advanced expertise in collaboration with the PDS Regional Leader, Market Leader, and local market Managing Principal. This position actively works to establish and maintain Cushman & Wakefield’s presence as a thought leader and first-class service provider.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
