SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Deputy Chief, Project-Based Housing, the Senior Director, Project-Base Housing will provide administrative and clinical leadership to agency wide staff managing teams working with individuals linked to permanent supportive housing. This includes direct supervision of Director and Assistant Director level staff to ensure high quality services focused on housing stability and retention are delivered. This also includes ensuring services are outcome and performance driven. The Senior Director, Project Based Housing, will also develop relationships with partner agencies and funders to ensure continued funding and contract compliance.
