• 12+ years of leadership experience in Product Management, Technical Program/Project Management, or Live-Service Delivery within digital platforms, gaming portals, or connected consumer web ecosystems.
• The "Product-As-Producer" Skillset: combining high-level product strategy with rigorous operational and delivery execution.
• Ecosystem & Portal Expertise: experience defining and delivering multi-product networks, casual game portals, loyalty programs, or digital communities.
• Expert matrixed organizational navigation enabling immediate alignment and execution without learning curves.
• Collaborative influencer with ability to drive cross-functional schedules through negotiation and trust.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Delivery: central delivery lead for the Network, manage release schedules and milestones.
• Lead Production Quality and Priority: drive production quality and prioritize network workstreams.
• Resolve Tactical Roadblocks: mitigate risks across the ecosystem and keep integrations on track.
• Translate Strategy to Roadmaps: deconstruct strategy into a prioritized 3-year technical roadmap and product backlog.
• Lead Tactical Integration: work with studio-embedded PMs and tech directors to schedule SDK integrations.
