Electronic Arts seeks an Experience Design Director to shape the future of EA SPORTS Network. You will lead the design strategy across console, mobile, and web, and scale a connected fan experience with scalable systems and branded identity. The role reports to the Sr.

Director and partners with product and tech leadership to drive a user-centered lifecycle. The position emphasizes pioneering experiences, AI-enabled personalization, and data-informed iteration, with a focus on collaboration,

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience leading UX, Product Design, Experience Design, or Creative Direction for world-class, large-scale digital consumer ecosystems or entertainment products.
• Ecosystem design: a strong portfolio demonstrating the creation of unified, multi-platform design systems and seamless consumer journeys across web, mobile, and console.
• Experience leveraging AI in prototyping and creative or design concepting.
• Strategic execution: proven ability to balance high-level creative strategy with operational execution and governance.
• Tooling & workflows: mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, advanced prototyping tools, and modern collaborative design workflows.
• Storytelling: exceptional executive storytelling, visual communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of building alignment through influence.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.

• Experience Strategy: Define long-term, multi-platform vision for connected EA SPORTS experiences across devices.
• Connected Fan Experiences: Map end-to-end journeys and standardize identity, personalization, recognition, commerce, and community.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product and technical leaders to align design with business goals.
• Experience Innovation & Data Informed Design: Prototype AI-enabled interactions and iterate using user data and research.
