EA SPORTS is seeking an Experience Design Lead to define the multi-platform strategy for connected fan experiences across Madden NFL, FC, and College Football. You will craft design principles, reusable systems, and end-to-end journeys that unify the portfolio while preserving brand identity.

As a leadership driver, you’ll partner with product, technology, and studios to scale the design function, influence culture, and push innovation in a hybrid Orlando, FL role with relocation assistance

Qualifications

10+ years of UX/design leadership.
Portfolio showing multi-platform ecosystems.
Experience using AI in prototyping.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent.
Strong executive storytelling and communication.

Responsibilities

Define the long-term, multi-platform vision for connected EA SPORTS experiences.
Lead design principles, reusable systems, and fan journeys across platforms.
Collaborate with product, tech, and studios to align goals and execution.
