You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee enhancements, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to an Associate Director. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in clinical management systems, or 5+ years in Product Management.
• 1+ year with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools to manage features, stories, and decisions.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to 3+ audiences (exec, tech, business) weekly or sprint cadence.
• Record of leading 2+ cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, PI planning events, and presentations for 10–100+ stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage product enhancements supporting clinical care management and business operations.
• Partner with leaders to define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams with milestones and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare updates, status reports, and communications for stakeholders.
