Senior Director Product - Enterprise Legal AI

We are partnering on an retained search for a high-impact Senior Director of Product to lead a portfolio of enterprise software offerings serving global corporate legal departments. This role is anchored in the strategic evolution of an already-successful $180M+ flagship product, while spearheading innovation in a fast-emerging platform —a GenAI-driven solution suite for General Counsels and adjacent departments (Procurement, HR, Compliance).

The position combines scale with greenfield opportunity, offering immediate ownership of a core P&L asset in a high-trust customer base, as well as white space to define entirely new propositions with significant cross-sell potential.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for multiple enterprise SaaS products serving corporate legal and operations teams
• Drive cross-functional delivery across design, engineering, GTM, and customer success
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: vision, requirements, launch, and post-launch optimization
• Build net-new GenAI-based features and applications aligned to GC and enterprise workflows
• Expand product adoption through upsell/cross-sell within an engaged Fortune 1000 customer base
• Develop and scale a high-performing team of 10+ product managers
• Act as a key voice within the product leadership team and executive partner to the business President

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of leading enterprise-grade SaaS platforms—legal tech a plus, but not required
• Strong technical acumen—background in engineering or deep partnership with technical teams
• Experience in building and scaling AI/ML or GenAI-enabled products
• Leadership of large revenue base products, as well as early-stage/new product incubation
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, high-growth environment with strong commercial urgency
• Familiarity with selling to corporate legal, procurement, or compliance functions is an advantage
