Propel America is seeking a strategic leader to own the technology roadmap and develop the Fellow Portal and AI tools. You will oversee the Salesforce Administrator and a Junior Product Developer, guiding tech strategy and delivery aligned with our mission.

Reporting to the VP of Solutions, you will manage the tech stack, vendor relationships, cybersecurity, and data governance while collaborating across teams to advance healthcare career pathways for young adults.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in product/tech with 3+ years managing technical staff.
