Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics leadership experience in payor-focused products or healthcare.
• Experience collaborating across actuarial, analytics, client reporting, and product teams.
• Proven ability to define strategic direction for measurement and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a consistent analytics strategy across the payor product portfolio.
• Set portfolio standards for measurement, reporting, and business value.
• Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics, and reporting teams.
• Translate priorities into clear analytics requirements and execution plans.
• Align priorities and sequencing across actuarial analysis, reporting, and measurement.
• Drive consistency in product value reporting and performance measures.
• Influence measurement frameworks and reporting approaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve product evaluation and monitoring.
• Support initiatives to strengthen analytics quality and orchestration.
• Monitor effectiveness to inform future analytics direction.
