Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement management for US BESS and/or utility-scale solar PV projects.
• Proven track record negotiating and managing BESS supply agreements, framework agreements and related contracts, Balance of Plant (BoP) and/or O&M scopes.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Structured and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to project manage processes and lead negotiations.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and execute procurement and tender strategies for major project packages.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, evaluations, award recommendations and contract finalization.
• Draft and negotiate turbine supply, service, consultancy, and installation contracts.
• Coordinate commercial, technical, financial and legal review to ensure governance.
• Maximise value in quality, price and schedule while minimising risk.
• Manage vendor relationships and market intelligence.
• Draft and negotiate main contracts through project lifecycle.
• Support project delivery by balancing risk with viable commercial solutions.
• Oversee milestones, rights and obligations per contract.
• Direct changes, variations and claims in line with client interests.
• Interpret contracts and monitor fulfillment.
• Drive governance and present to Steering Committees.
