Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an Executive Director of Procedural Supply Chain to lead daily operations across ORs, Cath Lab/EP, Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy. This role partners with procurement, nursing, physicians, value analysis, and contracting to standardize products and optimize workflows for patient care.

You will oversee staff across sites, drive backorder mitigation, lead LEAN initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering cost-effective supply solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• CMRP or Lean certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive supply chain/operational leadership in healthcare.
• Experience directing multiple sites or cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs procedural supply chain operations across ORs, Cath Lab/EP, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy and other units.
• Bridges procurement, perioperative services, nursing, physicians, leadership, value analysis, contracting, and operations.
• Oversees procurement support, inventory management, consignment, par-levels, distribution, and workflows.
• Triages backorders, substitutions, contract changes, and quality deviations with action plans.
