Job summary

Flexera is seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our Platform portfolio, including the Unified Object Model (UOM), data platform, platform services, and cross-product UX initiatives.

This role shapes data, AI enablement, and customer experience to empower teams across Flexera One, partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Data leaders globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with 5+ years leading product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers focused on Platform, Data, and User Experience.
• Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Flexera's shared platform capabilities.
• Drive evolution of the Unified Object Model, semantic layer, and data platform strategy.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering to establish scalable platform capabilities.
• Work with UX to create consistent, integrated customer experiences across Flexera One.
• Translate complex initiatives into clear business value for executives.
