Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Services function, providing strategic and operational leadership for programs, integrations, infrastructure, and standards.
• Ensure reliable, secure, scalable operations for philanthropy systems, data movement, and reporting platforms.
• Oversee design, development, and integration work, including APIs, data interfaces, automation, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide implementation planning.
• Partner with central IT and vendors on infrastructure, security, and compliance affecting philanthropy systems.
