Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data and Analytics.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing implementation and performance.
• Strong leadership experience at a large academic medical center.
• Knowledge of federal and NY state health policy pertaining to quality and patient safety, quality measurement (QI) programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data & Analytics team in the Network Performance Group.
• Guide data governance and reporting infrastructure via Power BI.
• Support prioritization of quality topics and performance-improvement initiatives.
• Provide quantitative analytics to gauge success of quality goals and performance programs.
