Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a visionary Director of People Analytics and Workforce Intelligence to translate complex workforce data into strategic decisions.

You will lead global analytics initiatives, align insights with business goals, and build scalable AI-driven tools for leaders and managers. Qualifications

• 10+ years in Analytics, BI, or Workforce Data Science.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models that translate data into tools.
• Advanced SQL, Python/R; experience connecting HR systems to BI platforms.
• Strong narrative skills for executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global roadmap for People Analytics and workforce insights.
• Design and deploy AI-driven analytics tools and dashboards for leaders.
• Shift reporting to proactive, predictive talent interventions.
• Leverage Generative AI to automate insights and summarize sentiment.
• Ensure data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and ethical AI practices.
• Democratize data through self-serve insights for partners and managers.
• Advise People Leadership with clear, executive-level storytelling.
• Measure ROI of programs, culture initiatives, and talent pipelines.
