Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Director of Experience & Engagement to design and lead a system-wide strategy that connects patients, families, guests, colleagues, volunteers and providers. You will build the operating system for service excellence and engage staff to deliver Respect, Quality and Compassion in Every Interaction.

The role translates listening data into action, develops leaders and frontline teams, strengthens recognition, oversees guest-facing services, and works

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive healthcare management with leadership demonstrated.
• Working knowledge of patient satisfaction survey structure, data and improvement initiatives.
• Excellent skills in customer service, conflict resolution, communication, and critical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Design and lead system-wide experience and engagement strategy.
• Translate listening data into action and develop leaders and frontline teams.
• Oversee guest-facing services and remove friction along the patient journey.
