Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks a Senior Director of Program Management, Commercial Patient Care Pathway, to lead enterprise programs that optimize the patient journey and accelerate commercial growth. You will align Commercial, Marketing, Clinical, Sales, Market Access, Operations, IT, Legal, Digital, and Product teams around strategic initiatives that improve outcomes and business performance.

The role requires navigating end-to-end patient pathways from awareness to activation and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, Commercial Operations, Healthcare Consulting, or Strategic Transformation.
• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a medical device, healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical organization.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing enterprise budgets, resources, timelines, and strategic roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive complex organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise patient care pathway program portfolio supporting commercial growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improving patient acquisition, conversion, access, retention, and therapy utilization.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with corporate strategy, revenue goals, and patient growth objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable programs with clear business cases, success metrics, and accountability.
• Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, prioritization criteria, and resource allocation processes.
• Mentor and develop program managers and project leaders.
