Job summary

Orlando Health Physician Associates is seeking an experienced Practice Operations Manager for an outpatient clinic in Kissimmee, FL. The role oversees human, financial and material resources with a focus on cost-effective, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, budget management, revenue cycle optimization and collaboration with physician leadership to enhance service line performance. Strong leadership and compliance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school (or at least one year of verifiable work experience as a Medical Assistant).
• Maintains current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.
• Maintains current certification or registration by one of several Medical Assistant certifying bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead approx. 4–15 physicians and 15–40 team members.
• Develop and oversee standards compliance for outpatient clinics within OHPG.
• Maintain revenue cycle and operating budgets; manage expenditures.
• Ensure access, flow and scheduling of patients; coordinate care across service lines.
• Hire, train, supervise and develop clinic staff; build a cohesive team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates.
