For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness and Capability to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will partner closely with executive leadership to shape organizational strategy and strengthen enterprise capability in support of business priorities. The Senior Director will lead efforts to improve organizational design, workforce alignment, and leadership effectiveness while helping teams operate more collaboratively and efficiently. This position is ideal for a strategic HR leader who can translate business needs into practical organizational solutions that drive performance and transformation.

Location: San Diego, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $219,000 – $285,000 annually
