Job summary

Servier is seeking an Associate Director, Oral Solid Drug Product in the US to provide technical stewardship across the ONCO/NEURO oral solid portfolio. You will lead internal and external manufacturing oversight, drive lifecycle management, and support regulatory submissions and GMP/ICH-aligned strategies.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration in a global matrix and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in pharmaceutical sciences or engineering with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of formulation concepts for immediate-release and extended-release oral solids.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and GMP/ICH guidelines; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of internal and external manufacturing processes.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams to address drug product topics with other functions.
• Prepare and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and action follow-up.
• Lead tech transfers, scale changes, PPQ, and lifecycle activities across sites.
