Position Summary
Role summary: Data Ventures is entering its next stage of growth as the business expands across markets, products, banners, and a rapidly growing client base. As Sr Director, Revenue Operations, you will lead the evolution of the commercial operating model required to support that growth with greater predictability, lower friction, and increasing operating leverage. This leader will own the connective system across Revenue Operations, commercial performance and enablement, commercial systems and automation, client onboarding and transitions, billing, repricing, and broader lifecycle operations. You will be responsible for defining how these capabilities work together across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—from pipeline and commercial execution through client activation and ongoing revenue events—while establishing globally scalable processes, systems, governance, and automation. Success requires the ability to translate business growth and complexity into an operating model that can scale ahead of demand. The Sr Director will lead a multi-disciplinary Commercial Operations organization and develop the leaders and capabilities required to support significant global growth, including expansion into new markets and current market client growth.

- Ensure Salesforce and connected commercial platforms operate as an integrated system rather than a collection of independent tools.
- Establish a business-led roadmap that prioritizes capabilities based on customer impact, commercial team productivity, operating leverage, revenue outcomes, and strategic value.
- Champion workflow redesign and automation that reduce manual effort, eliminate unnecessary handoffs, and improve accuracy and speed.
- Build the capability to apply AI and agents to recurring commercial and operational friction while establishing appropriate governance, measurement, and reuse.
Build an End-to-End Client Transition Capability- Define scalable pathways from commercial commitment through readiness, activation, billing, and ongoing lifecycle transitions.

Drive Enterprise Alignment and Transformation- Serve as a senior thought partner on how operating-model, process, data, and technology decisions affect growth.
- Build alignment across organizations with different priorities and decision rights, often without direct authority.
- Lead cross-functional decisions where commercial outcomes depend on coordinated changes across multiple teams.
Build Organizational Capability and Talent- Build and develop a high-performing organization capable of operating across commercial operations, analytics, systems, automation, and lifecycle management.
