GSK is seeking an Associate Director – Oncology Statistics to lead statistical planning and delivery across oncology programs. You will design robust trials, mentor statisticians and collaborate with clinical, regulatory, data science and commercial teams to shape development decisions.

The role offers a hybrid working model with potential for global collaboration across GSK's oncology portfolio and access to cutting-edge computing resources.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics or related quantitative discipline with significant post-graduate oncology experience.
• Proven track record in early and/or late phase clinical development.
• Experience implementing simulations and statistical methods using R, Python or similar tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication for explaining methods to non-statistical colleagues.
• Strong organisation and time management across multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide statistical support to Projects across Oncology pipeline.
• Lead statistical design, analysis and interpretation across development phases (Bayesian methods).
• Use simulations and advanced statistics to inform trial design and risk assessment.
• Review and contribute to statistical analysis plans, protocols and regulatory submissions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate statistical insights into program strategy.
• Mentor statisticians to build capability and quality.
