Qualifications

• PhD with 10+ years of post-degree industry experience in cancer biology and drug development.
• Proven ability to translate scientific insights into development strategies from discovery through late-stage development.
• Experience leading senior/junior scientists and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking pipeline strategy for Oncology small molecules.
• Be a strategic thought leader shaping the use of small molecules to create first‑in‑class and best‑in‑class therapies.
• Provide strategic oversight as programs transition from discovery to late-stage clinical development, including IND support.
• Lead business development evaluations from a scientific perspective and champion external assets.
• Mentor and develop staff to grow into strong Program Leaders.
