In this role, you will defend protocols, author key documents, present results clearly, and mentor junior staff while advancing innovative statistical methods within a collaborative, inclusive environment at BMS.

Qualifications

• PhD (6+ years) or MS (8+ years) in statistics/biostatistics with clinical trials/drug development experience.
• Proficiency in SAS, R or Python for advanced analyses and data manipulation.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in design of innovative and efficient clinical trials.
• Defend protocols and analysis plans in governance reviews.
• Author/review protocol, SAP, and clinical study reports.
• Present data and analyses clearly to stakeholders.
• Provide statistical leadership for health authority requests and publications.
• Manage multiple studies within an indication/therapeutic area.
• Engage as a matrix team member in drug development.
