Qualifications

15+ years of related experience in Residential Mortgage Loan Underwriting.
Bachelor's degree in related field; Masters/MBA preferred.
8+ years in residential mortgage underwriting management, 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead underwriting, appraisal and risk across multiple lending channels.
Develop and mentor underwriters and managers; drive productivity and quality.
Partner with product/tech to deploy automation and digital tools.
