The Senior Director of Student Services and Graduate Student Support will report to the Assistant Dean for Student Success. The person in this position will also be expected to collaborate with internal and external college stake-holders to support all aspects of undergraduate and graduate student life in the College of Education. This will entail working with the Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs, Department Heads, and Directors of Graduate Programs in ensuring graduate student success and assessing graduate programs. This position requires strong supervisory and team-building skills.
In general, the position will focus on graduate student success, program support and assessment (60%), recruitment vision and oversight (20%), and oversee Student Success and Advising Center ( SSAC ) operations (20%) The Director may qualify for a secondary appointment as a professional track faculty member in the College of Education.
