Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise division of the Software Engineering group, including resource allocation and personnel reviews.
• Validate technical solutions and schedules proposed by design engineers.
• Report group performance and bandwidth; optimize capacity.
• Establish a quality process enabling efficient design reuse and innovation.
• Hands-on participation in software implementation cycles as needed.
• Maintain documentation including minutes, specs, and validation records.
• Contribute to proposals, project plans, and schedules.
• Maintain and improve the software development environment (VCS, bug tracking, build server, test systems).
