Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive public company accounting or Big Four with SEC exposure.
• Deep US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge; strong memo writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Conduct technical accounting research on complex transactions.
• Draft technical accounting memoranda with conclusions and analyses.
• Develop accounting policies and internal controls; support SOX testing.
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams on reconciliations and schedules.
• Manage external auditors and assist audit committee responses.
• Monitor new guidance and implement key standards; train stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day technical accounting support on contracts and systems.
