Job summary

Diversicare is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Director of Workers' Compensation, Safety & Loss Prevention. You will own the claims lifecycle, drive proactive injury prevention, and champion a safety culture across all centers.

You will transform data into actionable risk-mitigation strategies, deliver executive dashboards, and collaborate with TPAs, carriers, legal counsel, and care teams. Travel up to 30% is expected to support center visits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in risk management, healthcare safety, and multi-state workers' compensation.
• Experience with multi-state workers' compensation laws and OSHA standards.
• CSP or ARM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full workers' compensation claims lifecycle from reporting to closure.
• Build partnerships with TPAs, carriers, and legal counsel.
• Lead enterprise safety across all centers and OSHA compliance.
• Turn claims data into executive dashboards for leadership.
• Lead field audits and training with swift corrective actions for inspections.
