You will collaborate with regulatory, government affairs, operations, and energy strategy teams to align approaches and advance policy objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and technical writing skills, with extensive interaction with regulators and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in a regulated utility environment preferred.
• Experience interacting with state regulators.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory strategies that support public policy and customer outcomes.
• Shape company positions in regulatory proceedings through cross-functional work.
• Align business, legal, financial, and policy teams to support objectives.
• Design stakeholder engagement to build consensus and constructive outcomes.
• Cultivate relationships with regulators, policymakers, and industry groups.
• Prepare regulatory filings, testimony, and related communications.
