Job summary

WelbeHealth in California seeks a Director, Quality Operations to lead the enterprise quality program, ensuring participant safety, regulatory readiness, and strong care outcomes through data-driven improvements.

Under the VP, Quality Operations, you will develop standardized metrics, collaborate with Analytics and Compliance, and drive QA initiatives across the organization to align with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of experience, three as QI/manager in healthcare.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and audits (CMS/DHCS).
• Hands-on with data analysis, reporting, and CAP management.
• Experience in navigating California DHCS and PACE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize enterprise metrics for clinical excellence and patient safety.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Compliance and Operations to translate data into action.
• Monitor HPMS metrics, CAPs, and regulatory submissions for ongoing compliance.
• Lead QA teams, drive continuous quality improvements, and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Investigate and respond to program complaints with timely documentation.
