Job summary

Contour is seeking a senior materials and logistics professional to lead procurement and supply chain initiatives at our Smyrna, TN operations. You will negotiate contracts and SLAs, manage aviation parts purchasing, and drive inventory strategies across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring a 4-year degree in materials management or logistics and a minimum of 10 years in related roles, with a proven track record in a 24/7 operation and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 10 years in a material management or logistics role.
• 4-year degree in materials management or logistics or similar discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements.
• Managing the procurement of aviation parts, materials, and services.
• Overseeing inventory levels.
• Developing a supply chain strategy.
• Improving stock visibility and reducing obsolescence.
• Leading cross-functional teams to improve the supply chain.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations on direct reports and provide coaching as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
