Our client, Trail Ridge Power (TRP), works with national commercial and industrial real estate partners to create portfolio-wide energy transition solutions for their sustainability needs. They originate, design, develop, finance, own and operate renewable energy assets on a stand-alone basis but also in conjunction with energy efficiency technologies to help our partners reach their net-zero-carbon goals. These assets include solar generation, battery storage, fuel cells, building controls, and other cleantech offerings to provide on-premises or local generation solutions as well as a load control and curtailment.
