· Manage vendor allocation, capacity planning, and onboarding to support evolving business needs.
· Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising, and Planning to ensure feasibility, margin goals, and timely execution.
· Lead cost engineering and margin optimization conversations with suppliers, balancing quality and brand standards.
· Drive consistent WIP management, monitoring order status, delivery windows, and production risks; proactively problem-solve to mitigate delays or quality concerns.
· Oversee raw material liability, MOQ management, and bulk fabric commitments in collaboration with sourcing and planning teams.
· Lead and mentor a growing production team, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and teamwork.
· Evaluate and implement systems and tools to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
· 10+ years of progressive production experience within intimates, swimwear, or technical product categories, preferably in a high-growth or contemporary/luxury brand.
· Strong background in global sourcing, vendor management, and price negotiation.
· Experience managing both vertical and licensed production models a plus.
· Deep understanding of garment construction and technical materials such as stretch fabrics, compression garments, and molded cups.
· Proven track record of meeting margin and delivery targets while scaling complexity and volume.
· Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with the ability to pivot quickly.
· Proficiency in PLM, ERP, and production tracking systems.
· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365.
