Job description

About Us:

Terminal builds software that digitizes, optimizes and automates the last major missing piece of the logistics technology value chain leveraging best-in-class machine learning. Our platform provides warehouse operators with the intelligence needed to optimize their usage of trucks, trailers, chassis, containers and personnel. These are the fundamental operating assets of commerce - and represent the last great frontier of untapped data. In the process, Terminal will address many industry-wide pain points, including compliance, manual processes, equipment location, phantom costs, and labor inefficiencies. Ultimately, Terminal will become the central nervous system for the yard, seamlessly connecting all data sources to support an extensive range of essential functions.

Overview:

Our world class vision engineering team has built an engine that can process the movement of trucks and containers in real-time. It’s now time to unlock the potential of that engine by building SaaS applications that leverage the vision engine to transform the logistics industry.

As the Head of Product, you will define product vision, drive innovation, and build scalable solutions that deliver measurable value to logistics operators, and supply chain enterprises. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, ensuring seamless platform integration, and enabling AI-powered yard automation.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the roadmap for enterprise SaaS applications and Real-Time Yard Operations System.

  • Partner with engineering and design to build a robust, analytics-driven platform that transforms real-time logistics data into actionable insights.

  • Ensure seamless integration of AI-powered automation, data intelligence, and workflow optimization into our platform.

  • Build best-in-class user experience and process automation for logistics teams.

  • Collaborate with customers to design solutions that drive operational efficiency, labor optimization, and cost savings.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to differentiate Terminal’s solutions within the logistics technology space.

  • Continuously enhance product features by leveraging computer vision, AI, and big data analytics.

  • Manage and mentor product managers, ensuring world-class execution and delivery of enterprise solutions.

  • Work with sales and marketing to define pricing, positioning, and commercialization strategies.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS applications and logistics technology.

  • Proven expertise in building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms with data-driven analytics and AI-powered automation.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise data platforms, AI-powered analytics, and workflow automation.

  • Logistics, supply chain, or industrial automation experience is a strong plus.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling product teams.

  • Track record of successfully launching and commercializing enterprise SaaS products in data or analytics-driven markets.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills—able to align stakeholders and drive product vision.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.

What We Offer:

Joining the Terminal team means being part of a dynamic, innovative environment where your work directly impacts the future of logistics and the global supply chain. You will work closely with a team of experts passionate about operational excellence and technological innovation. We offer competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
