Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressively responsible nonprofit development experience.
• Proven success securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
• Strong grant-writing, proposal development, and donor-communication skills.
• Experience with donor databases/CRM and reporting.
• Ability to create and manage development plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Excellent judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development strategy and multi-channel fundraising plan.
• Manage major gifts, donor relations, and donor stewardship.
• Oversee foundation, corporate, government funding lifecycle.
• Lead events and campaigns with measurable goals.
• Maintain development systems, dashboards, and data integrity.
