One Call is seeking a Senior Director of Operations Support to scale operational processes and systems for the Contact Center transformation. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive standardization, and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's in business or accounting required.
• Eight+ years of management experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Preferred focus on operations, customer service transformation or digital field.
• Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional initiatives.
