One Call is seeking a Senior Director of Operations Support to scale and standardize operational processes, systems, and infrastructure across our organization. This role focuses on transforming the Contact Center service delivery model with scalable solutions and analytics, reporting, and automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

The position reports to the VP of Operations and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in operations and customer service

Qualifications

Exhibits professionalism and builds effective relationships.
Two or more areas of deep knowledge: operations, customer service transformation, workforce management, quality.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
