• 7–9 years of facilities/operations leadership in education or campus settings.
• Experience managing capital projects, security, budgets, and vendors.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building systems and NJ codes; NJ credentials preferred.
• Availability for after-hours, weekend, and emergency needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus safety, security, emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage capital projects, renovations, facilities maintenance and long-term planning.
• Oversee custodial, groundskeeping, transportation, and facility rentals.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, vendor contracts and capital plans.

• Partner with senior leadership on strategic campus improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee campus safety, security, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage capital projects, renovations, facilities maintenance, and long-term campus planning.
