True Anomaly, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Manufacturing, New Product Introduction to own how new product lines are built and translated into qualified production lines that deliver quality hardware at rate. You will shape facilities, teams, and processes bridging engineering, programs, and facilities.

This fast-paced role thrives in ambiguity, builds durable teams, and establishes best practices across manufacturing and test in a hybrid work setting near Denver or Long Beach.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of manufacturing experience with NPI and ramp leadership.
• Proven ability to stand up multiple production lines and facilities.
• Engineering degree or hands-on technical manufacturing experience.
• Experience building scalable multi-disciplinary organizations.
• Executive-level collaboration across engineering, programs, and facilities.

Responsabilités

• Own how new products are manufactured from design to qualified line.
• Develop production processes and necessary equipment.
• Design and stand up manufacturing and testing facilities.
• Collaborate with Facilities on capacity, design, and maintenance plans.
• Build and lead manufacturing and test teams.
• Partner with Engineering to translate specs into processes.
