Located in Minneapolis or St. Cloud with regular travel to locations statewide, the Deputy Director collaborates with the Executive Director and Deputy Director-Litigation to advance equal justice and organizational sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, consistency, impact, and effectiveness of legal services across MMLA.
• Support Managing Attorneys and Supervising Attorneys and strengthen supervision practices.
• Coordinate organization-wide delivery of legal services, budgets, staff, and resources.
