This senior leader oversees quality and delivery of legal services across the organization, supporting managing and supervising attorneys. The role includes budget planning, staffing, and resource allocation within a statewide framework, with offices in Minneapolis or St.

Competenze

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or able to obtain license.
• 5–6 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience managing or overseeing legal programs or teams.
• Experience with budgeting, grants, or organizational operations.
