Freddie Mac is seeking an experienced GenAI engineering leader to shape how the enterprise deploys AI safely at scale. You will own technical strategy, guide architecture, and deliver production GenAI applications using foundation models, RAG, embeddings, and orchestration.

You will build reusable platform patterns, drive governance, and collaborate with security, data, and cloud teams to deliver high-value capabilities while mentoring a diverse team of engineers.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of software, data, or ML engineering experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience architecting and delivering production GenAI or AI/ML systems at enterprise scale, with hands-on coding.
• Strong proficiency in cloud-native engineering using modern languages and APIs.
• Security, privacy, identity, data governance, and compliant design in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery of FredAI platforms and applications.
• Build reusable platform components: architectures, SDKs, shared services, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Enforce robust MLOps: testing, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and rollback.
• Design secure, permission-aware solutions with audit logging and governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into high-value GenAI capabilities.
• Grow and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team and drive measurable outcomes.
