DRB Systems LLC, doing business as DRB Tunnel Solutions, is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead strategic financial planning for the car wash solutions business in North America. You will partner with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, recurring revenue expansion, and cash generation across software, hardware, payments, and services.
Based in Akron, OH, you will shape the multi-year financial roadmap, build a high-performing finance organization, and ensure governance,
Competenze
- Significant experience in senior finance leadership with ownership of enterprise financial strategy.
- Ability to partner with a GM, CFO, and senior leadership on long‑term strategy.
- Experience with recurring revenue, subscriptions, and payments economics.
Mansioni
- Shape and translate vision into a multi-year financial strategy.
- Lead FP&A across software, hardware, payments, services, and recurring revenue.
- Develop the annual operating plan with cross-functional leaders.
- Monitor metrics: recurring revenue growth, margins, cash flow.
- Advance governance, controls, and compliance.
