Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of extensive facilities management experience in a college/university or comparable environment.
• Financial management experience overseeing complex budgets.
• Experience as a supervisor or manager in a large and complex organization.
• Experience coordinating with multiple entities on master plans and complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities planning, construction, operation, maintenance and repair.
• Oversee building space management and supervision of over 200 employees.
• Liaise with CSU Chancellor’s Office, city, county, and other agencies.
• Represent the university on facilities matters at government levels.
• Support cross-functional future planning and operational needs.
