Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Significant leadership experience in advanced manufacturing or electronics manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing engineering and manufacturing organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary Engineering & Manufacturing teams.
- Drive manufacturing scale-up, operational excellence, and process optimization.
- Oversee product development, process development, and production operations.
- Establish and track KPIs including throughput, yield, quality, and performance.
