Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven years in donor relations, stewardship, or alumni engagement with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to strengthen donor relationships and stewardship programs.
• Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting for donor funds and programs.
• Partner with university schools/units to design donor initiatives and events.
• Manage staff and set goals; drive data-driven strategic planning.
